Hi Sonic ppl! I've just set up a new computer running OS X 10.13 (High Sierra). All Sonic Charge plugs except Echobode shows up in Logic 10.3.2.

Is Echobode not compatible yet? I did install the latest version.

It should be. Here's my Logic 10.3.2 running under OS X 10.13

Double check the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ folder that you have a Echobode.component there. I suspect you have tried restarting the OS and rescanning inside Logic?

You are correct, I have done a lot of testing and can replicate your problem. Something changed in 10.13 and it currently requires a system restart for it to detect newly installed Audio Units. We will try to figure out if it is possible to avoid it in a future upgrade.
