All of these are included: Windows VST, Mac VST, AU and standalone. (We only have a standalone version for Mac.)

Sorry, no. Not yet anyhow. Mainly because I fear it would be a nightmare to support a million different audio cards and midi interfaces. However there are plenty of free hosts on Windows. We usually recommend this one which more or less turns your VST DLL into an EXE: http://www.hermannseib.com/english/savihost.htm
