I love my Microtonic and PO32- Tonic. It is really a great combination :-). I have also an Elektron Analog heat, which also can be used as a "external" plugin to get an analog Warmth or a distorted signal. If I insert the Elektron analog heat on the Microtonic Plugin, does the PO-32 also recognize this effect during the soundtransfer? Additionally, also with an other Insert? I hope somebody has an answer for this.

Sorry no, that is not possible. The PO-32 tonic does not play samples, it is a drum synthesizer with a similar sound architecture as Microtonic. The patch transfer sends parameter data.
