Hey, i purchased SYNPLANT but when i open it in Logic Pro X it remains silent, no matter what preset i choose. i can see all presets, an the plugin is fully registered. but there is no sound. please help. thx

Sorry for the late reply. It is difficult to tell for certain, but often when this happens, the midi configuration is to blame. Could you please choose "MIDI Config" from the main menu and check that input channel is set to "Any" or "1" as in this picture:
