Permut8 VST was not updated to 1.1 when installing the update. AU version is fine.

Odd. My three best guesses.

1. That the file was busy because a host was running
2. For some reason you do not have correct access rights to overwrite the file
3. Apples installer did not replace the file when installing the package

If you still have the same problem, try uninstalling the plugin or go into your /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST folder and erase the VST file. Then reinstall. Let me know if it helps.
