So I bought Synplant on the 21th July. And weirdly enough, I still don't have synplant, and on PayPal it says that my transaction is in waiting by 'FastSpring'. I tried to email but no answers, it's not normal.

As you saw in the email conversation, FastSpring claims it is in PayPal and the credit card companies hands. They also say it should take 5-10 business days which I realize has passed already (it's something like 12 business days now?). I'll lean on them a bit as well and see if they can double check everything.
