I don't understand why, if I download a pattern from patternarium and load into microtonic, there are a lot of "glitched" sounds and, at the drum patches "window", i see "pirates beware". Obviously i've bought microtonic.

Sounds like you have a broken plug-in installed. Try uninstalling Microtonic completely and then start your host to make sure there is no Microtonic still detected. If there is, you need to figure out what path the broken plug-in is in. Once completely removed, download the latest installer from our site and run it.
