Please check that your VSTi files are in correct folder.
The installer uses the VSTI developer folder:
"C:\Program Files\VSTIplugins" by default. - While installing pay attention to this.
Ableton 9 alike to many other programs do use:
"C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTIplugins" as "default" VSTI folder.
To fix this problem, copy the dll files to correct folder and do rescan to find them.
