The forum will try to recognize registered owners by matching your email used on the forum and the email used when purchasing one of our products. If you have used different email addresses you will be identified as a trial user and not a registered user. As a trial users you will not have access rights to post or download any of the attachments found in the User Forums.

To correct this you need to contact our support and we can change the contact email in our customer database which will let you gain full access to the forum.

You can also change your email on the forum to match the one used for your purchase, once the connection has been made, you can change back to your new email if you want to.
