I found your registration. You had an old license that needed to be upgraded. I have told our system to send you the new key, it should be in your inbox already.
If anyone else have the same problem, you can retrieve your old key on the following page: Lost Registration and if it is an old version 2 key, you can upgrade it on the following page: Microtonic 3.0 upgrade
