Hi Sonic Charge team,
Could Synplant 2 get an oscillator editor along the lines of Serum 2's wavetable editor? In Serum you can draw a waveform freehand, set each harmonic's level and phase in a bar view, and import single-cycle WAVs. In Synplant, A Form / B Form only morph sine → saw → square → pulse, so getting specific harmonics for a bass means juggling FM, filter and saturation.
What I'd love, per oscillator:
• A harmonic bar view (first 32–64 harmonics, level and phase) plus freehand drawing
• Single-cycle WAV import
• A few user waveform slots next to the built-in shapes
To keep it feeling like Synplant: the drawn wave becomes the seed, the Form genes morph around it, mutation can nudge harmonics across branches, and Genopatch could fit harmonics to a target sound.
Thanks for all you do,
Jacob
