You can retrieve your lost key automatically by using our Lost Registration page. Just enter your name and email exactly as they were typed in when you purchased.
If you have changed your email address (or forgotten which email you used), you will have to contact us so we can update our records with your new email address. To contact us, use the support contact form and please include full name, phone number, street and city that was used for the purchase together with your new email address.
