Hey support, I'm having trouble reactivating my monthly subscription for the Sonic Charge bundle. At one point I was charged but since I didn't have enough funds on my card my subscription was paused. Reached out to support and was given a grace period until the 21st of August when my card would be charged again.

Well it's past then, my card hasn't been charged and my subscription is currently on hold. I reached out over email about this but haven't received a response yet. Please get back to me about this, thanks.
