My subscription / payment is all correct and showing as active on fast spring but my licenses are all suspended.
Any help would be much appreciated!
It looks like it's not set to auto-renew on FastSpring for some reason? Check the FastSpring portal and see if there's any option to manually trigger a payment. Contact FastSpring support, and also let me know if the problem persists.
