FastSpring says "Payment Failed" even though details are correct

    Hello!

    For some reason, FastSpring yesterday declined my payment for RTO, even though the payment info is correct and has been working flawlessly since the start of the subscription.

    I contacted my bank, who said everything is as it should be, and the fault must lie with FastSpring. What to do?

    Sorry to hear about the problems. Unfortunately, I have no details on why the payment would fail. You will have to contact FastSpring support regarding the payment problems.

    I have extended the license activation for 1 week to ensure the plug-ins are not blocked for you while the issue is resolved. If you do not get a reply back from FastSpring before then, send me an email at support@soniccharge.com

    FastSpring resolved the issue by setting the subscription to manual renewal, while offering no explanation as to why payment had failed in the first place.
