Hello guys,
when using Bounce in Place in Logic Pro X, the transient at the beginning gets cut off. This problem does not occur with Logic’s internal plugins. If I extend the MIDI region slightly to the left, then the bounce works perfectly.
This issue has already been discussed here in the forum:

Is this issue known?
I'm on PC and never have this issue. I was curious so I checked your link. The issue affects 3rd party VSTI's in Logic Pro (example included Superior Drummer), so it's a Logic Issue it would appear (not Microtonic/Sonic Charge or at least not exclusively Sonic Charge). Have you filed a bug report with Apple?
It probably has nothing to do with the operating system. Since the internal plugins of Logic work perfectly, it’s likely something else. Interestingly, some Bitwig users are reporting the same issues. No idea what the internal plugins do differently.
Exactly right about the OS. But your problem doesn't seem (to me) to be a Microtonic issue either as Logic users in the forum link you posted report the issue with other 3rd party VSTi's. My only point in mentioning I'm on Windows is that I have no experience with Logic. I have no such issue in Fender Studio Pro. I've played with a stripped Bitwig version in the past but don't have it currently installed. Are the reported issues in Bitwig the same, and are they only involving Microtonic? Difficult to troubleshoot from 3rd party posts/reports unless you have a reproducible basis. (Posted file, step by step instructions to reproduce the problem). Just my user opinion FWIW.
Here I found an interesting answer from Bitwig support, but it doesn't explain why it works in other DAWs.
" Sometimes 3rd party plug-ins report back an incorrect latency, in this case there will be problems with the timing of bounce in place. Are you able to reproduce the issue without any 3rd party plug-ins involved? "

And it looks like the KVR thread you linked to is a general thread about VSTi's with respect to bounce inaccuracies. I didn't see that it even mentioned Sonic Charge or Microtonic. I would say your post would be better served in a discussion with Apple/Logic(?)
Ok, I’ll report this to Apple. Can you close this thread?
Thanks!
Well - I can't (As I stated previously, I am a user like you, so my input above is really just my own opinions, not Sonic Charge's. Apologies if you thought otherwise). I think it would make sense to leave the thread open in any case so that others could/can(?) reply with their own input into the matter. But that would be up to Sonic Charge I think. Best of luck with your issue.
I misunderstood something there—sorry about the confusion. In any case, I tested another drum synth from a different provider and got the same result. Let’s see if this bug gets fixed at some point…
