I have a problem loading a project with Synplant1 that had a nice sounds/presents while having Synplant2 installed, doesn't seem to open at all. What would be the best workaround? I think it was designed to open old instances of Synplant1 with the version 2.

Ah. I see you used the borked VST3 version of Synplant 1, which did not save the correct plug-in ID to your project. Sorry about this.

If you're using Live, Bitwig, and Studio One. You could try the script Magnus made to convert your project files and see if that solves your problem.

no problem at all, thank you for the explanation, I have just installed Synplant 1 and it worked OK for the time being that I needed it in the old project, all the best
