I was just curious if the AI for Genopatch is being improved to create better matching sounds. I often try to generate patches from a sample and the result is usually not very close.

I think the problem is not the AI, but the sound generation possibilities that Synplant has. It can not generate every possible sound. It does not have unlimited Oscillators, LFO's or Envelopes.
