Been searching a little and didn't find many new skins to install. I did follow github links explaining how to create your own but that was a little too advanced for me.

I don't think there are many finished and published skins out there. We've got the three official ones in the skin installer on our download page.

If you want to make your own, the easiest way is to start by copying one of those and then just playing around with the color scheme and bitmap images.
