Hi there, I was wondering if it was possible to change the email address that’s shown in my product licenses to my current email address? I have not used the previous email address (gmail) for many years and want to remove all associated references to google if possible.

This has already been an issue for me today when I tried to send a support email about this topic and keep getting a Communication Failed message when attempting to send my support request.

You can change the email on the account. This is the email that is used for all communication. The full name and email you used when purchasing is part of your perpetual license key data. This can not be changed because the key would no longer work.
