It looks like I accidentally made a second Sonic Charge account when I bought the Synplant 2 upgrade in October, 2023.

Original account email: *** (all licenses but Synplant 2)
Second account email: *** (Synplant 2 license)

Both emails are valid for me; I have emails to the comcast address auto-forwarded to the second email address.

I discovered this when I looked for your holiday presents and see the Microtonic presets but the Synplant 2 presets were disabled. I tried to add my registration (license?) code for Synplant 2 to my older account under the "Add a license setting" but the website is throwing an error with that. Synplant 2 activates with no issue using the license code and my gmail address in Bitwig Studio.

Is there a way to combine all of these or do I just use the two different accounts?

No problems. I have merged your accounts, so you should now be able to get the Synplant package as well.
