I bought Synplant 2 recently (first time using sonic charge) - It's all downloaded and working great in ableton but there are no presets apart from the ones I've made and saved. I've downloaded some presets but haven't been able actually get them into the Synplant. What can I do?

In the file browser do you see a 'Factory Patches' button? I suspect you have the 'User Patches' folder selected. Would be a good idea to check the manual, (page 12) for an idea of how the files and folders are set up.
