The Sonic Charge Installer always includes the latest version of each plugin, and allows you to select which plugin you want to install. (See the "download" page). FWIW that's 3.3.4 here. If you are looking specifically for 3.3.3 Magnus or Fredrik would need to advise.
Oh, it's the 2022-03-21 installer for Windows that you can find in the download archive.
