But when I log in to your website, it still says I own Synplant version 1 only. Also, now I see there was actually an upgrade offer, and I didn't need to purchase Synplant 2 for the full amount (apologies, this part is my mistake). If you are able to cancel the transaction from your side, I will buy the upgrade. If not possible, I'm happy to pay the extra if you could please just ensure that Synplant 2 is available to me when I log in. Thanks for your help.
