as stated in title, im only getting audio from the first patch slot, even when triggered via midi. the other patch slots light up as midi passes thru, but arent playing any audio. did i miss a knob somewhere or is this legitimate?

This sounds like you are using the multi-out version of MicroTonic and the outputs is not properly routed. Does this happen when you play patterns in MicroTonic as well or only when you play by MIDI?
