I have not had any replies to my support tickets and topics i have put through on here. I'm wondering why that could be. My trials do not work, at this point i'm a little sad and dissapointed in the support.

Hi, sorry, your support case was assigned to me, and I have missed it.
The trial can be used over three weeks. A week is only counted if you launched the product at least once. If your DAW loads the plugin in the background, it counts as if you used it during that week.
I'll reply to your support email and see if we can work something out.
