it worked super good for a week but now when i try to load a sound into Genopatch it says "Unknown Exception"

SOLVED ; JUST DRAG AND DROP THE SAMPLE

I tried to drag and drop sample STILL DOES NOT WORK
how do i fix this, I have no use for this plugin if its not going to work with samples. HELP
