How do I load the VST version vs the AU version for Microtonic and Synplant? The VST is not showing up automatically.

Logic cannot use VSTs so it is perfectly natural that you only see the AU version. In Live however you should find a VST folder when you click the plug-ins button to the left and under that folder you should find "Local" and under that "Sonic Charge". If you can't see this, check the preferences, "File Folder" tab, "Use VST Plug-In System Folders" has to be enabled.
