ok, I am new to this, do you apply it to a midi track as an instrument - then what I record the sounds it makes?
what if I already have a track, can I use it like Serum ontop of an existing recorded midi clip - if so HOW... the manual doesn't cover the basic how to use the sounds you've made.
cheers
Jo
Which sounds?
Hi Jo. Yes, you can use Synplant like any other VST/Plugin. You can load into your DAW, select a patch from the browser and it will play the midi clip (just like Serum). The way you create sounds in Synplant is very novel and thus it's this aspect of the software that gets discussed a lot, but once you have a sound you use it like any other soft synth.
