What are the colors that fill the "solution circles" representing?

Is there any significance at all to the generated circles appearing on the left or right of the generation thread? If so, what does this represent?

Not really. The colors are based on the genome data, so radically different solutions should end up in different colors. In theory. 😉

The sizes are related to the measured quality of the solution, or the "error". You can get an exact number by clicking the ℹ️ button.
