Hello i used to have all my synplant presets here C:\Users\jake\Documents\Sonic Charge but now I just have the presets I created my self, can anyone help me get these back? I updated synplant today 24/03/23 but did not help.

Factory Synplant patches are not usually found under your user folder. The standard path on Windows is C:\Program Files\Sonic Charge\Synplant Patches (but you can choose another one when you install). Try clicking Go To Factory Patches in the file browser.
