Hi There

Last night i purchased:

Microtonic
Echobode
Bitspeak

I downloaded the installer and Microtonic and Echobode are instaed and working, but there is no sign of BitSpeak on my system in any of the VST folders. Im running Windows 11.

Please assist,

Did you select Bitspeek in the multi-installer? You're also missing Permut8. Did you deselect it?

Did you check the VST installation folder and see what .dll files you can find there?

During the installation, you can view the installation log details. Could you select all rows in that window, paste it in a text file and send it to support@soniccharge.com

Hey there, sorry slow reply.
Yes i did have bitspeak ticked for sure. I run the installer twice to double check for anything such mistake at the time. But didnt work.

I have however just run installer again, and it seems to be there correcty now. So I guess will never know what happened there.
