Everytime i hit begin on the sonic charge authenticator it brings me to this

then i go back to the authenticator and it shows me this

What am I supposed to do?

Assuming you have it installed, just click to quit, open your DAW application (scan for new plugins if necessary) and open Synplant. The installer and authenticator are separate applications - (install first from the "Download" button at the top)

yeah but I haven't even been able to download synplant tho
