I am wondering if there is a way to deactivate the pattern in Microtonic. I am using MIDI data from another track and would like to paste sounds from Patternarium into this without activating the pattern, i e that it only plays the MIDI routed into this track.

Is this possible or do I need to clear the pattern after every time I paste a preset?

Try pressing the stop button in Microtonic to stop the internal pattern engine. It will still play sounds when receiving MIDI notes.
