Does anybody know where the programs list is saved?

On the off chance you're on Mac, here's a screenshot of the path (starts at bottom in the image "Macintosh HD" and goes up to the Microtonic Presets folder, which itself includes a folder called "all" and another called "By Package" - all the presets are in those last two folders).

@Stéphane : There is more... It looks like the programs are stored somewhere else.
An example :
I assign "AC Back to Back" to program 1 and 2.
I change some stuff in program 1".
I do not save.
I reopen my project and everything is remembered :
(The assignments and the changed stuff)
