Problems with presets-freezeing ableton

    I have a problem that I posted about some strange behaviour- the preset does not seem to be working. I think now I have found part of the problem is the folder is missing? How to replace that? I re-downloaded microtonic. I re-installed Ableton. These is photos of what is happening

    If I go online to the preset site, I can download the patterns?

    Please advise
