I'm new to Microtonic but I'm already loving this product. However, every time I move a slider or change some parameters while it's playing, All the channels go into mute for no reason. Is this a bug or is this an option that needs to be turned off?

Sounds like automation coming from your DAW. More information would be useful. Also: exact versions and steps on how to reproduce the behaviour.
