for some reason my every time i open up synplant in ableton its crashes right away. i already updated everything. i uploaded a pic of the crash report

This is peculiar. I have not seen it before and cannot reproduce myself. Tell me more about your setup (is it an x86 Mac or the new M1?) and could you please, just to make sure, open the about box of Synplant and check the exakt version number and build number in the lower right corner?
