I think a bigger version of the PO32 -- something like an Elektron Model:Samples but for Microtonic -- would be very popular.

I'd buy a hardware version for sure . If you wanted to make it simpler / cheaper make it a "brain " type module with a 4 or so type knob matrix and a usb host so we could use it with pad ( or other midi ) controllers we already own , cutting cost of dev and price for the end user too ;) Something like the black box ( not necessarily the touch screen per say , but that could maybe give it some ui similarities ? ) or even the ik uno drum like form factor .
