Microtonic suddenly only plays the first beat in the pattern. Ive tried to reset everything without any result. Any ideas?

Hard to know without further info, but to begin with, are there any MIDI notes going into Microtonic? E.g. the C4 note normally stops Microtonic from playing. Second, please check this menu in MIDI Config:

If it is in Retrigger Gated mode, it will only play a pattern for as long as you hold down a MIDI note.

With "first beat" do you mean it plays a single 16th note only or one measure of 16 steps?
