My guess is that you are running the multiple output version of MicroTonic ("MicroTonicMulti"). Try the other one (the plug-in without "Multi" in its name) and you ought to hear all channels. If you want to use the multi-output version (e.g. for applying different effects to the different channels) you can create audio tracks for each channel and route stuff like in this example: LiveMultiOut.als(32.6kB, 841 downloads)
