When I click the user drop down icon (right of support menu) I am unable to navigate to the submenus:
Your account
Forum profile
Sign out
In effect I am unable to see purchase history and items to know if I have updates. I have tried usong different browsers Safari, Chrome and Firefox. With some syruggle I get your account highlighted but clicking/pressing hard yields no result.

On what device are you running? I know our site is not the most mobile-friendly but it should definitely work on Mac and Windows using the latest version of the browsers.
