hi there. what should be the procedure to follow when moving to a new mac? for microtonic? deinstall in the old and reinstall in the new? Transferring would not work?

No need to uninstall on your old computer, just go ahead and install on your new one. You are allowed to install and use Microtonic on as many computers as you own, provided you are the one and only user of those computers. (That is with the standard license model. Site licenses are different.)
