i bought the TE PO 32 and microtonic bundle. I just tried to use the redemption code and install the software, but the page at http://soniccharge.com/tonicnow/register said "Redemption code already used".

I haven't downloaded the software before, as I didn't even have an account here. Can you please help out with this? I'd like to use the software with my PO.
