Hi all

I'm a registered Synplant user and have downloaded the additional presets for Synplant. With both packs, when I go to install them, I get a 'can only install on a machine where Synplant is installed' message.

Can anyone help?

Hey, this problem arises because the installer cannot find out where to install the presets because it cannot find the plugin where it was originally installed. Just re-run the product installer and then the preset installer right after that and it should work. You do not lose any information when reinstalling.

If you still have problems, it can be an access problem, in that case, make sure both installers are run with elevated access rights (run as Administrator).
